Stoneware Table Lamp Half-sphere M MOOR

The refined, soft shape of the MOOR table lamp gives the object a presence that is functional, sculptural, and timeless, both when switched on and off. As a bedside lamp, desk, or accent lamp, in a niche or on a mantelpiece, it is a striking addition to your interior. The white glass sphere, proportional to the size of the base, subtly protrudes, diffusing a soft, dim light. The natural roughness of the off-white stoneware gives each lamp its own unique character, a quasi-architectural status in space, like ancient columns. Lisa Allegra was inspired by the shape of a mooring post used to tie her childhood boat. It is also a nod to Henry MOORE, a sculptor of large shapes that often hang in balance in space.
