Set of 5 "Twisted" Candleholders in Black Cast Aluminum, 80s

This set of five twisted candlesticks in black cast aluminum from the 1980s embodies the sculptural design codes of the period. The forms play on verticality, twisting, and simplicity, reflecting a search for balance between function and visual presence. The twisting technique, identical across all of them, ensures formal coherence while creating an interesting rhythm when displayed together. The black cast aluminum highlights the lines and enhances the visual perception of volume. The overall condition is very good, with a regular patina due to age, consistent with pieces from the 80s. Their slender silhouette and robust material make them an easy set to integrate into a contemporary or vintage interior. From a private collection in Monaco, this set of five is a rare and carefully curated offering for design enthusiasts seeking a coherent and graphic group.
