Brutalist Bronze Candelabra - Germany, c. 1970s

A brutalist three-arm candelabra in cast bronze by Horst Dalbeck, Germany, 1970s. Cast in solid bronze, the piece has a natural weight — both physical and visual. Three arms rise from a grounded base, the form reduced to its essentials, almost architectural in its clarity. The surface is left raw, retaining the imprint of the casting process, with subtle irregularities that catch the light and shift between matte depth and soft highlights. A restrained design that captures brutalism at its best — focused on material, structure, and presence. A piece that anchors a space, bringing depth and a quiet sense of permanence.
